In case of any cancellations, how can I get a refund?”
You need to cancel at least 15 days prior to the event. If you decide to cancel at a later stage, unfortunately, we can not provide you with a refund, because many of the groceries are bought in advance and we are often booked out and will likely have turned down other paying guests in order to provide our services to your party. The cancellation policy for events is tailored to the specific agreements made and the scale of the occasion.
